Please avoid this company at all cost!!!!!

Firslty, i was an employee of this company and i was doing the majority of the marketing for myself. Because i was not
hired on a project i was threatened by Ms Sarkar and told if i wanted my visa i had to pay her a further $5000 for it...
She takes money from employees to fool the govt into thinking that all these people are working on projects

Secondly, i had to leave the country due to my father being ill and i was sent an email two hrs later telling me i was
fired.

The moral of this story is Arpana Sarkar tells you all the good things she's going to do and does nothing when
you've signed on the dotted line. She is just into taking money from un-suspecting individuals who are generally
interested in making a better life for themselves......

just a consulting company

I left a good review for this company before. But now I change my opinion based on what I just experienced with this
company.

This company acts like they care about you when you are in the first project. But once you are on bench, they hold your
money and tell you that they don't trust you and they will give it back to you when you get new project and accuse
you that you have got full-time offer. When you submit your resume, pass the interview and get your new project again,
they then tell you they will give some of your money back part by part. Of course, if you can not find project, they
will just hold your money forever.

Btw, they do hold your h1b and refuse to give their employees copies even when you need it to renew your passport and
get your parents to visit you. This is illegal. They just want you to bring in the money. They don't care if your
family can visit you or not.

They are just like other consulting companies: delaying salary; holding h1b; the minute you are on bench, just wait to
see the crap.

This is a good consulting company compared with many others out there

Today I just read the some of the previous reviews saying this company has no employees. That is not true. I was
marketed by them since Nov 2008, got project and became one of their employees in early January 2009.

I don't know about green card stuff with them yet (I don't speak for things I am not sure) but they got
straight H1B approval for me in 2009.

As for salary, it is often not on time which I am not happy with. But the delay is mostly caused by the vendor we are
dealing with, instead of AR FortuneIt since once they receive payments from the vendor, they immediately deposit into my
bank account so I don't need to wait extra five days for the paycheck to come in mail.

Currently my project is ending, I am up for new project. Being on the the market, even with some working experience, I
can feel the market&rate are not good due to the economy (I got a few calls and no new interview so far, most of
callers tried to push rate low), but I don't think it's fair to blame AR FortuneIT for that. If you can get
interviews/high rates, everybody wins. So polish your resume/skills, market yourself hard, prepare your interviews,
fight to get projects.

Honestly speaking, if you can find a big company to employ you directly as an employee, such as IBM, M$, GOOGLE, etc,
go for it. But if for some reason you can not (let it be visa issue, lack of experience, relocation issue, time issue,
etc), you have to choose a consulting company for maintaining visa and/or for buying the time to find projects to work
or build up industry experience, AR FortuneIT is a good choice. At least with them, you won't need to worry about
being back-stabbed when you need help on visa and work.

For me this is one of the companies you can trust

Hello Folks,
I wanted to file my H1B on 2009. I looked and searched for different companies. After reading the reviews; still I met
AR Fortune IT people and tried my luck. Guess what? I got straight H1B approval. I strongly suggest going with this
company. In this recession; only few lucky people are getting placed or even the vendor calls.
I got my Approval on August 2009 and started looking for job by myself and through AR Fortune IT stuff as well. I
started getting few calls at the beginning. I was little upset as well; but you can not blame the company since we hit
the bad recession. Finally I got 2 face to face interview calls on December and got placed at CITI for 5 months project.

I didn’t face any problem getting my regular salary from the management or anything. If you talk to me; I would
strongly suggest going with this company. They are may be not that big; but they have contacts. I get 75% of the bill
rate since they found the job for me which only few companies do. They offer up to 85% if consultant finds the job
themselves. The lady who runs the main operation has strong marketing skills and vendor negotiation.

Our problem is that we only write reviews when we face problem.

Good luck people.

Virtual company

Hi,
I had been in close contact with this company for quite a few months.I don't know should i really call it a
company..........! as it is run a single lady.. who sits on her chair in kitchen whole day long and speaks bundle of
lies to every person she want to take for H1 processing. There is no other employee of her other than her own husband,
mr.raj and mrs. arpana sarkar........ who run themselves and the world around them.
She will try every possible trick to attract you towards her company... will fake of being a well known IT recruiting
company which is running from one year through her kitchen.
She would attract you by proposing skill set trainings... for which she would charge hell lot of amount after your visa
is through via her company. The trainings would be by unskilled or semi skilled teachers and you would wonder why you
came across such a company and are wasting valuable money on her.
She would also play with the instructor by not keeping her promises, would not give full payment to the instructor of
the trainings and have some planned fight so that the person would leave them(couple) and the money they owe for
him/her.

their false office in journal sqaure was also raided by immigration officers, for whom these kammena couple had made
false documents showing that they are paying money to the consultants who doesn't have projects. They play with
government of USA.

they can go to every extent to get evey single penny that you have, just to make their livelihood in USA.
please don't get impressed by their Cars.... that is just what they have rest all is fake, snatched from others.
Also be awair to have a verbal fight with this lady.....which is tough to avoid(she can even fight with a wall)because
she would not even take a single minute to disqualify your H1 file, and would not worry how she is spoiling your future,
she has gr8 over confidence without any reason.

they have no vendors so ask their consultants to find project by themselves, and if some one is getting rejections in
interviews they shout like anything and would let down the consultant and his self respect because the person is worthy
for nothing and they are not getting any profit out of him.
