Dear All, I am dealing with IT Holding INC since May 2010. To start with they first shown a very prompt and keen response , I went through a interview and then they asked me to scan and forward all my papers including my profile ,all educational certificates ,all certificates related to work experience ,references etc along with a security deposit of $500, which they claim they will return in the first payroll once I would be operational in US . Then It holding inc have asked for residence proof ,higher school certificate, voter id , photograph and passport. Then they send a mail confirming that my LCA is been approved but even after many request’s via mails haven’t send me the scanned copy of the same . Then after that they have asked for $500 on account of RFE ( Request for evidence) which I again made the payment on via wire transfer .i have scanned the receipt of the wire transfer to them and after that I am following up like crazy and they are not responding on mail and phones. Both of their numbers are not working and in spite sending those many mails there is no response. Now with the help of my friends in New York I am going to file a police complaint for the same. My request to anybody interacting with them is, beware of them as they are not genuine and they are cheating people all left right and center .

Hey there, Guys, please don't entertain any calls from IT Holdings. The office is run by two people, one female and other guy (who conducts interviews). Their objective is to fool five to ten candidates each month and extract whatever amount possible. The guys who got saved are lucky and for those who have lost their money, we are very sorry... But stil fight till you guys get your money back...

I received a offer for H1B sponsorship from IT Holdings for a deposit of $800. But after a week of discussion I did not go ahead with it since I read some very negative reviews about them and the company does not appear to be genuine. The only person who appears to be interacting from thier New york office is a lady. She is very shrwed in all her dealings and when i told her that I did not want to go ahead with the H1B filing, she said that I would have to pay a $250 fine for having wasted her time for a week, as if she had''nt wasted my time enough. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company as its a trap. Now i am sure that once I would have paid the security deposit of $800 for filing my H1B, I would have never got it back and never been sure if my H1B had ever been filed by them.

Hello PPl, ITholdings is a big scam,they have cheated and are cheating lot of ppl.They ask for money and never file for your H1. I warn everyone not to go ahead with this company. It is legally not permissible to charge for any security deposit kind of thing for processing with H1.
