Hi Guys, I have been with this consultancy for almost 6 to 7 months now and I am very satisfied with what they do. They do manipulate the resume as other consultancies do. They put 7 years experience for me in .NET and SharePoint and somehow I got a job in May 2010. It is very hard once you get into the company especially if you are very new to development and stuffs as me. Otherwise the people are very kind in the consultancy and very helpful. I would recommend this consultancy to other people. You get your salary and questions answered promptly. Regards

Hello friends...I would like to know from someone who has recently joined them..Is it worth joining this company?I have read all the reviews about the company in this blog but still I would like to know from someone who recently got trained from them and whose H1B has been filed by this company...Their H1b approval data is very strong on sites like myvisajobs..Please let me know about it giys..I am considering to transfer my H1B to them...Thanks in advance!

I am working for this company since 4 years. I have always been paid on time, H1 was filed twice on time. Support staff is prompt. I joined this company after working for 3 years for another company that never used to pay me on time. Before joining V Soft I consulted few people who were working there and their opinion was also positive. But end of day remember this is typical desi company, you (at least for me) will have to search for job on your own, no bench pay. If you are on OPT (even I was on student visa till 2002), this is good company to get a break

Never ever imagine to join this fraudent consulting company. So called director Purna.. Even if you are dying out there he will not respond to you. All he needs your money from your blood. And i must talk about this lady ANJU ASOPA , She thinks as if she's too intelligent and smart enough to fool around people and doesn't feel ashamed from stealing peoples pay smartly. I can go on an on.. about these two worthless and stupid pieces on this earth. They will promise you something and no later will show your true colors.. Be safe than sorry..

Dont join this company. The employer Poorna is never reachable, and Anju can never descide if she has to give u a pencil from the company.... And Bijal in payment department is very very recless. These people pose as if they are paying from their pocket. I agree that they pay you on time, but it does not solve all the issues. They always try to hide the pay what they get even when u r on percentage. You will not get any responce from them when you are in need. Till you join, they are very sweet. But after you join them, you become the slave for them. They can change anything which is comfortable for them as rules and polecies. But they never accept any of your request. Though they have very good prime vendor relationships, I would say not to work with them.
