This company is bad in term of salary and environment, i ll suggest please think many time before join this company.
here you ll see lot of un experince people who have very less experince they ll work as team leader.

i dont understand how they can develop software without experince.

partha , vijay and nagesh they all unexperince people.

if you leave at 10 pm even they ll ask why u leaving early, 15 hrs work is nothing for them.

This company is one of the worst ones
There is all kind of screwed politics going in the office.The consultants are treated like dirt and pay rate is one of
the worst.You will end up working for 16 hours with no good money or rate.They will place in any project they like
irrespective of whether you have any skill set or not and you will end up laboring like slaves.
