You are ignorant MS Devi

USCIS gets 3 million anonymous complaints in a year. Most of them are found be based on prejudice or settling personal
scores. If people post messages with their real names with email address and phone number, they may carry some weight
and authorities will reach out to find out facts. Going by alphabetical order and going through anonymous postings is a
big joke just like your self.

Most consultants are fraud.

Most desi consultants are fraud. Their resumes are fake. They have no ethics and integrity. There is no point in blaming
consulting companies. Most of these fake consultants should be detained and then deported.

Agree with comments of Ratteshwari Devi

USCIS should act more on the H-1B frauds and send more home.

I came across this interesting site on H-1Bs:

Great. More should be deported

Finally, it's time these h1b consultants are deported. Now, they don't need to blame consulting companies.

USCIS H1B Issues

There is a significant amount of concern about the USCIS January 8th memo. Basically it is this:

You're in trouble if what your employer does is ship warm bodies based on a contract. Anyone with 80/20 or such
schemes, anyone not getting paid on bench, anyone paying up front for H1B visa is in trouble.

Those who work for product firms, in-house IT shops as direct employees, for large consultancies such as IBM and
Accenture, etc. are not in trouble.

Basically this is a backlash to the rampant misuse of H1B that we are seeing on Goolti.Com every single day. Shell
companies, nonexistent companies, bringing people in from India without a bonafide job, making the employee work for low
wages and not adding any value.

What is not surprising is that USCIS is cracking down. What is surprising is that they took so long. As I have always
remarked, an up-and-coming officer in USCIS can easily make his reputation by going to Goolti.com, reading the reviews,
and start action against the companies in alphabetical order.
