omg.. such a terrible experience...

It sucks..!!!!.. Such a stupid desi company.
Everyone here is so arrogant. They will never pay u on time and u have to run after them for your hard earned money.
I would never recommend this company to even my  enemies.Please do not include this company at any vendor level, if you
want your money.
I joined another company and getting salary from them.. but still waiting for my salary from these people...

Pays well

Inek is really not that bad as some people in this forum are saying.	Inek paid me even the vendor did not pay them for 7
months, They are still fighting with the vendor but never stopped my pay.

They Hold your money

I was with Inek Technologies for one and a half year. They eat up 60% of the actual billing. if you plan to quit as i
did, they end up holding pay for a 30 day period. Blood suckers...i would say. The staff is very unprofessional and
never ever respond to your emails promptly. I will NOT recommend this place at all

They hold your salary when you quit.

	They hold your salary when you quit, it is as simple as it is.

send zillion emails or phone calls, they wont respond to you.

They wont respond to you until you send a lawyer notice(Which most of consultants like  us wont do it and they escape
with that amount, the 5 week salary that they hold)

This is just like a TRAP... Once you are in, You cant quit as they will hold your salary ...
